Fish Egg Pakora

Machali ke Ande ka Pakora
Fish Egg Fritters

INGREDIENTS       
                        
Fish eggs                                      150 gm
Besan                                           3 tbsp
Onion                                           50 gm
Green chillies                               2
Green coriander leaves                 20 gm
Ginger-garlic paste                      1 tsp
Turmeric powder                          ½ tsp
Red chilli powder                       ½ tsp
Cumin powder                            1 tsp
Salt                                              to taste
Oil                                               for frying

PRE-PREPARATION
Finely chop the onions, green chilies and green coriander leaves.
Mix all the above ingredients except oil.

PREPARATION
Heat oil in a frying pan or kadhai. Make small uneven roundels (the size of a lemon) of the mixture and transfer them to the heated oil.
Turn the side and cook evenly till it is golden brown in colour.

SERVING TECHNIQUE

Serve the Egg Pakoras with your choice of sauce and salad. This could also be served with gravy as a main course dish.
