We have made different Indian dishes like – Parantha, Samosas, Chicken Masala, Biryanies, Poori, Salad, Paneer Bhurjee etc. And the output has proved that this can be used fro cooking almost every type of Indian dishes. There is another benefit of this oil, that is this is required in comparatively less amount (almost 1/3 rd) as it does not got absorbed by the ingredients.
